The subject plastic part of the project is the button of a coffee maker. We were asked to have them sprayed without covering the laser-printed words to allow a good light transmission.

The anemoscope needed to be molded into a white panel made from anti-UV materials, without aging or changing color for 5 years. The central zone of the solar panel cover shall be transparent to ensure a higher light conversion rate while the PCB in the corners need to be covered to ensure aesthetics.

But in the injection process, as every expert knows, the plastic part turned yellow at a higher temperature and malfunctioned at a lower temperature. Yet SAMBO solved the problem and made the doorbell in perfect pure white.
